2025 looks to be a busy year for me as my book will be officially released on June 3, 2025. I will be travelling to promote the book in the summer and fall, but here are the first local events in the La Crosse/ Coulee area. More details will follow as plans are confirmed.

June 11th: Meet the Author Event
Join Sharon for a Meet the Author event at the Mooney Library, a part of the Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.
Author readings at 11:30am & 12:30pm
June 18th: Live Online Talk: Memory & Meditation
Developing Loving Kindness, Resilience, and Self-Compassion when Mental Capacity is Slipping Away. Sponsored by the Shambhala Meditation Center of New York City.
7:00 - 8:30 pm ET.
June 24th: Book Reading in Decorah, IA
Join Sharon for a Book Reading and Q&A. They will have Sharon’s book for sale and there will be an opportunity for copies to be signed.

August 13: Dementia Conference
Join Sharon at the Dementia Conference in Onalaska, WI.

May, 2024 Courage Award Recipient
Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Association Annual Conference each year presents the courage award to a person living with cognitive decline who advocated for public education and/or research. Sharon Lukert accepted her award in May of 2024.
